How Fabuwood Cabinets Are Made: A Contractor’s Guide

How Fabuwood Cabinets Are Made fabuwood-assembled-cabinet-boxes-conveyor

Put two cabinet quotes side by side for the same kitchen. A semi-custom order can run to a couple of months. Fabuwood's stocked finishes ship in days, and most of its other finishes in a few weeks. That gap comes from the way Fabuwood builds and ships, and so do most of the things that affect your crew once the order is in.

This article follows a Fabuwood cabinet from a design file in Newark to a pallet on your driveway. Along the way it looks at what each step changes on a job site: lead times, labor, installation, the problems owners and installers report, and the warranty clauses that decide who pays for a callback. If you want our verdict on the brand, its pricing and how it compares, read our Fabuwood review. If you want to know what cabinet specifications mean in general, start with our cabinet construction guide. This page is about how Fabuwood builds and ships, and what that means for the trade.

Company figures and specifications below are sourced to Fabuwood's own published material, federal documents or named trade research. Online comments are labeled as one person's account. Where a point comes from our own showroom experience, we say so.

The short version for contractors

  • Fabuwood designs and specifies components in-house, sources parts through a global factory network, then finishes, assembles and ships to order from its Newark, New Jersey plant. A Tijuana facility announced in 2025 serves the West Coast.
  • You get assembled boxes on short lead times for popular finishes, Blum hardware that speeds up hanging and adjustment, and parts that match from job to job.
  • You manage the rest: longer lead times on designer and custom colors, painted-finish wear, delivery damage, exposed ends that must be ordered finished, and a warranty that excludes labor, field modifications and rental use unless Fabuwood approves it in writing.

Where Fabuwood builds its cabinets

Fabuwood's FAQ says its cabinets combine U.S. and globally sourced components, all assembled in the USA. The company does not publish a country-by-country breakdown of those components.

Fabuwood's company history dates the company to 2009, when Joel Epstein set it up as a 40-employee startup, and describes its beginnings building made-to-order cabinets in a small Jersey City warehouse. In 2018 it opened the Newark plant that is now its headquarters. Fabuwood says that site now covers a million square feet, consolidating four previous spaces, with more than 1,400 employees shipping more than 5,000 cabinets a day. Those are the manufacturer's own figures. Taken at face value, they explain the speed: inventory and assembly run from a single site.

The exception is the West Coast. In a January 28, 2025 blog post, Fabuwood announced a manufacturing facility in Tijuana and an upgraded distribution center in Southern California, so it could produce and distribute closer to West Coast customers. The FAQ's "assembled in the USA" line has not been updated to mention Tijuana, and Fabuwood does not say which products are made there. If origin matters on a job, whether for a public contract or a client who wants to know, check with your dealer which facility the order ships from. It also matters for tariffs, covered below. For the company's background and ownership, see the "Who is Fabuwood" section of our Fabuwood review.

How a Fabuwood cabinet gets built, step by step

Fabuwood does not publish a production manual. The sequence below draws on the company's own pages and press releases, a 2018 factory profile by the National Kitchen & Bath Association and a 2026 job listing. Each step names its source.

How a Fabuwood cabinet gets built, and what each step changes on the job.

1. Design and specification in Newark

The NKBA profile described Fabuwood's executives and product development team designing products and bringing precise specifications to a network of factories around the world that produce the component parts. Fabuwood owns the drawing, the tolerance and the material spec. The supplier makes the part to that spec.

That central spec is why parts stay consistent. A Galaxy door ordered for a job in March should fit a box ordered for a punch-list fix in October, because both were cut to the same drawing.

2. Components from a global network, plus factory modifications

Standard components arrive from that sourcing network. Custom and modified pieces follow a different path, through Fabuwood's Custom Works program. Its customizations brochure lists changes such as wall and base cabinet depth modifications, generally in 3-inch increments, with custom fractional depths also offered. Because those changes happen at the factory, a layout that does not fit catalog sizes can still stay inside the stock system.

The 2018 NKBA profile reported that 25 to 30 percent of daily output was custom at the time, and that Fabuwood had added 27-inch and 33-inch widths to its stocked 24, 30 and 36 in response to demand. Treat the percentage as a 2018 snapshot. The sizing logic still applies: the stock line covers set widths, and anything between them becomes a filler or a modification.

3. Finishing in Fabuwood's own spray booths

Fabuwood's sustainability page describes its own paint operation. The company says it uses low-VOC formulas, has worked with suppliers to reformulate paints for reduced chemical content, runs carbon filters in its spray booths, monitors chimney emissions and captures paint runoff. It also states that its MDF is 100 percent EPA and CARB Phase II compliant for formaldehyde.

Controlling the finish line is what lets Fabuwood offer custom colors. Its FAQ says that, at the dealer's discretion, it can custom-finish cabinets to any Benjamin Moore or Sherwin-Williams color from the name and code. Its FAQ also says Fabuwood sells color-matched touch-up kits in every cabinet color through its website, so a nick from install day can be fixed in the field.

Finishing happens in Fabuwood's own plant, which is what makes custom color matches and matching touch-up kits possible. Image: Fabuwood.

4. Assembly to order

The NKBA profile described Fabuwood assembling standard cabinets on a per-order basis, and the sustainability page lists automated, intelligent assembly lines and lean practices among its operating standards. This is the step that separates Fabuwood's own series from a ready-to-assemble line. Ordered assembled, the cabinet arrives as a finished box, and nobody on your crew has to build it.

5. Quality check against Fabuwood's Q12 list

Fabuwood says a cabinet has to meet twelve standards it calls Q12. Several of them are installer features as much as quality ones: metal shelf clips, back builds on Allure and Illume that the company says are pressure tested, Blum clip-on hinges that click on and off (Compact Clip on the framed Allure line), full-extension Blum Tandem plus runners and a drawer-front alignment system it calls EZ Level.

Q12 is Fabuwood's own program, not an outside certification. Fabuwood's site lists CARB Phase 2 compliance among its credentials. KCMA performance certification is a separate matter. It is granted for specific cabinet lines, and Fabuwood does not appear in KCMA's directory of certified companies as of October 2026. KCMA's site still hosts older Fabuwood certificates from 2020 and 2021, and the 2021 certificate expired on May 31, 2022. If a project spec requires KCMA certification, settle that before you quote. Our cabinet construction guide explains what that test measures.

6. Warehouse, order tracking and shipping

According to Fabuwood's history page, it won Acumatica's Client of the Year award in 2019 after integrating its manufacturing, warehouse management, pricing and financial systems in five months. Dealers order and track through Fabuwood's EZ Pricing ordering system and file warranty claims through it too. On its West Coast dealer page, Fabuwood advertises delivery in five business days or fewer. Fabuwood also publishes an annual holiday calendar for dealers, linked in its site footer, and plant closures move ship dates, so check it when you schedule around a holiday.

How contractors benefit from the way Fabuwood builds

Each factory step above shows up somewhere on a job site. The table maps them, and the sections after it follow the order of a remodel.

1. A schedule you can plan around, if you order the right finish

Lead time is the cabinet spec that touches every other trade. The plumber, electrician, countertop templater and tile setter all wait on boxes being on the wall. A line that ships in days or a few weeks lets you run demo through install as one continuous job. The alternative is a gutted kitchen sitting idle while the homeowner cooks on a hot plate.

Most of that lead time depends on the finish you order. In an April 2026 r/kitchenremodel thread on Fabuwood delivery timelines, a dealer who says they carry eight brands called Fabuwood's ship dates reliable. The dealer's numbers: about three weeks for regular colors, five for what the dealer called Signature colors and eight for designer colors. Custom colors take eight weeks after a color match that adds at least two more. A single custom piece or designer color holds up the whole order, the dealer added, so the shop sometimes splits orders.

Another buyer in the same thread reported a delivery two weeks late but in perfect condition. Those are individual accounts, and lead times differ by dealer and region. The planning rule they point to still holds: popular stocked finishes keep the schedule short, and one special-order piece can make the whole kitchen wait. Our Northern Virginia Fabuwood guide explains what "in stock" means on a Fabuwood order and how one short box can hold up a schedule.

Bar chart of Fabuwood lead times by finish: IST stocked configurations 5 to 7 business days, regular colors about 3 weeks, Signature colors about 5, designer colors about 8, and custom colors about 8 weeks after a color match of at least 2 weeks
Dealer-reported lead times by finish (April 2026) next to IST’s estimated ship date for stocked configurations.

Speed also counts for more over the next year. The July 2026 Leading Indicator of Remodeling Activity from Harvard's Joint Center for Housing Studies projects that annual growth in spending on improvements and repairs to owner-occupied homes will slow to 0.5 percent by the second quarter of 2027, leaving annual spending roughly flat at about $519 billion. The next update is due October 22, 2026.

When spending stalls, the contractor who turns more kitchens per quarter with the same crew keeps more of the margin.

From our showroom floor

Fabuwood's five-business-day figure is the delivery time it advertises to West Coast dealers. When boxes reach your driveway depends on your dealer. At IST we give an estimated ship date of five to seven business days on stocked Fabuwood configurations, and boxes already in our own warehouses can be ready sooner. Designer colors, custom colors and modified cabinets take longer. Get the ship date written on the estimate and set the demo date from it.

2. Assembled boxes save the hours you are shortest on

Associated Builders and Contractors estimated in January 2026, as reported in its Construction Executive magazine, that the construction industry needs about 349,000 net new workers in 2026 and 456,000 in 2027 to keep labor supply and demand in balance. Skilled carpenter hours are the expensive, scarce input. Factory-assembled cabinets move box assembly off your payroll and onto Fabuwood's line.

There is a liability side too. When a crew assembles a ready-to-assemble cabinet, the contractor takes on the assembly, and RTA warranties commonly exclude claims blamed on improper assembly. With a factory-built box, the assembly is done before it reaches you.

A retired custom cabinetmaker who now installs full time pointed out on Reddit that Fabuwood's solid half-inch backs keep outlets and plumbing fixtures secure. IST also supplies Fabuwood cabinets in ready-to-assemble form to contractors, dealers and builders who would rather assemble boxes themselves, so check which format is on your quote. Choose RTA and the assembly, along with the risk that comes with it, moves to your crew. We ran the full labor math, including the crew rate at which RTA stops paying, in our RTA vs. pre-assembled cabinets guide.

3. Hardware chosen with the installer in mind

Three details matter most at install. Blum clip-on hinges (Compact Clip on the framed Allure line) release from the mounting plate with a click. Crews can strip doors before lifting wall boxes, which makes the boxes lighter and protects the finish, then clip the doors back on at trim-out. Installers and owners on Reddit often cite the Blum hardware, and one installer wrote that it "is worth something extra too, especially if the hinges are clip tops." EZ Level drawer fronts, which Fabuwood describes as a mechanical system for positioning drawer faces precisely, aim at the same problem: fronts that sit crooked and eat time at trim-out. And the built-in recessed toe kick on Allure and Ovela means one less site-built component per base run.

When owners complain that doors will not line up, the fix is usually a hinge adjustment. Blum's clip-on hinges adjust side to side, in height and in depth, and most misalignment after install, especially once the house settles, comes back with a screwdriver. Our guide to common Shaker cabinet installation mistakes covers the hanging sequence and the leveling tools that make these features pay off.

4. Consistency across jobs, and parts that fit later

Because components are cut to one central spec, a crew that installs Allure on one job installs it the same way on the next. That shortens the learning curve for new hires and makes estimates more reliable. It also means a damaged door or an add-on accessory can usually be ordered months later and still fit the original boxes. The warranty does let Fabuwood substitute the most similar item available and change specifications over time, so confirm a replacement before you book the install.

Color is the other caveat. Fabuwood's warranty notes that a replacement's finish may not exactly match the installed cabinets because wood and finishes age, so warn clients about a new door next to a five-year-old one.

5. Custom when you need it, ordered from the factory

Standard sizes are the trade-off of any stock line. A homeowner in a Reddit thread comparing Fabuwood with Kemper and Starmark summed it up: the cabinets are well built, but there are few choices in stain color and door style, and you design around standard sizes. When a layout needs something the catalog lacks, the answer is a modification or Custom Works ordered through your dealer, plus the custom paint match for a color the standard palette does not cover. Both add lead time, so decide early.

Watch the warranty here. Fabuwood's warranty excludes cabinets modified from their original form, so a box cut down or altered on site, or after it leaves the factory, may not be covered. Ask your dealer who warrants any modification Fabuwood did not make.

What owners and installers complain about, and how to stay ahead of it

Before writing this section we read more than 30 Reddit threads about Fabuwood, plus Houzz, Better Business Bureau and contractor-forum discussions. Opinion is split. One tradesman who has installed it many times called it on Reddit the best brand that isn't fully custom they have worked with, while a contractor in another thread said their company charges extra to install it. Five issues keep coming up, and a contractor can head off each of them before it turns into a callback.

1. Painted finishes that chip or crack at the joints

This was the complaint we saw most often, mostly about white and light painted doors. Owners describe hairline cracks, chipping and, in a few cases, peeling paint at the joints of painted doors, sometimes within months of install. Complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau in late 2024 and early 2025 describe paint claims rejected as normal wear and tear, and in public replies to BBB reviews Fabuwood has said hairline cracks at painted joints are cosmetic, common across the industry and typically not covered by the warranty.

On Houzz, a pro who says they "sell a lot of Fabuwood and have had little to no issues" wrote that quality control slipped across all of their cabinet lines during 2020 and 2021, coming out of COVID. The tradesman quoted above wrote in a later 2025 thread that "they used to have a pretty bad finish, but now it's pretty good." We cannot verify either view.

Two facts help you set expectations. First, Fabuwood's warranty states that hairline cracks at painted joints from seasonal wood movement are normal and not defects. That is common across painted wood cabinetry, and our construction guide explains why it happens, but clients rarely read it before they buy. Second, painted cabinets show impact damage more than stained ones, because a ding exposes the primer underneath. For a client who is hard on a kitchen, or for a rental, a stained finish is the more forgiving choice. Keep a color-matched touch-up kit in the truck for the final walk-through.

2. Damage on delivery

Every cabinet line ships some damaged boxes, and reports on Fabuwood conflict. One dealer who sells Fabuwood alongside another brand wrote in September 2026 that their Fabuwood orders had not arrived damaged, and reported more damaged shipments from the other brand. The eight-brand dealer from the April delivery thread saw little difference in damage between brands, and said standard replacement parts take about a week, while one designer color, Macadamia, could take five. Complaints on the Better Business Bureau site describe worse, including one from 2023 about three successive sets of cabinets arriving damaged.

The practical rule does not change. Fabuwood's warranty excludes damage caused by transportation or storage, so your protection is the delivery inspection. Open and check every carton before the driver leaves, photograph anything damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and do not install a damaged piece. The last section of our Shaker craftsmanship checklist covers the delivery-day inspection.

3. Color variation between pieces

Owners occasionally post a door or drawer front that does not match its neighbors. In a June 2026 r/cabinetry thread, a homeowner posted a Timber drawer front that differed sharply from the rest of the run, and commenters, including a dealer, said it was far enough off to send back under warranty. Some variation is normal in stained wood, and Fabuwood's warranty says so. A piece that clearly stands out is a different matter. Lay out stained doors and drawer fronts together as you unbox them, before anything goes on the wall.

4. Unfinished undersides and raw edges

Two Fabuwood threads with more than 70 comments each dealt with unfinished surfaces. In one, an owner was surprised that the undersides of their wall cabinets did not match the painted fronts and sides. In the other, an owner wanted to protect a raw plywood edge beside a cooktop. Most of the professionals who replied said unfinished undersides are industry standard, and one pointed out that Fabuwood offers them finished when they are ordered that way.

That makes it an ordering problem. Before you submit, mark every exposed end, bottom and back on the plan, for islands, peninsulas, open shelving and cabinets beside a range, and make sure finished panels are on the order. In the cooktop thread, a cabinet seller warned that sealing raw edges yourself could void the finish warranty.

5. Warranty claims that must go through the dealer

Owners are often frustrated to learn they cannot file directly with Fabuwood. The warranty says claims are filed by the original authorized dealer through Fabuwood's EZ Pricing system, and go to Fabuwood's customer service directly only if that dealer cannot be identified or has closed. When the contractor bought the cabinets, the contractor is part of that chain. Keep the order number and your delivery-day photos, and submit claims promptly. Fabuwood's RMA department may ask for more photos, for the item to be sent in for inspection, or for a company representative to inspect it, and nothing should go back to Fabuwood until customer service authorizes it.

The warranty fine print every contractor should read

Fabuwood's limited lifetime warranty covers cabinets in the Allure, Illume, Value Premium, Quest, Valencia and Ovela series sold in the United States and Canada. Ovela was added after the line launched in late 2025. The page says the lifetime terms apply to purchases on or after October 1, 2024. Allure and Illume bought before January 26, 2023, and Value Premium and Quest bought before October 1, 2024, stay on the older five-year warranty. If a client's cabinets fall between those dates, check the invoice date with the dealer. It is a good warranty for the homeowner. It is written for the homeowner, though, and six clauses decide whether it helps or hurts you.

  1. Builders can assign it. The warranty belongs to the first residential purchaser, but where a developer or builder buys the cabinets, it may be assigned to the first buyer who lives in the home as a primary or secondary residence. It does not transfer to later owners. If you build to sell, document the assignment at closing.
  2. Rentals are excluded unless approved in writing. The warranty does not apply to commercial, rental or multi-unit common-area use without written approval from Fabuwood. Several landlords and contractors online say they buy Fabuwood for rentals. If you work for landlords or investors, raise this before the order goes in.
  3. Labor is not covered. The remedy is repair or replacement of the defective part, or, if Fabuwood decides repair or replacement is not commercially feasible, a refund or credit. Fabuwood does not pay to remove the old cabinet, ship the new one or install it. A callback is still your crew's time.
  4. Modified or improperly installed cabinets are excluded. Cabinets modified from their original form, improperly installed or damaged before or during installation are not covered. Order modifications from the factory where you can.
  5. Climate control is a condition. Cabinets installed where year-round environmental controls are not maintained, or exposed to excessive moisture, heat or cold, are excluded. In practice that means not hanging boxes in a gutted house with no HVAC running.
  6. Some wood movement is written off as normal. The warranty spells out tolerances: center panels shrinking up to an eighth of an inch and doors warping up to a quarter of an inch are not considered defective, and hairline cracks at painted joints are described as normal. Set that expectation with the client before handover.

Tariffs and Fabuwood pricing: what to plan for in 2027

Under Proclamation 10976, a Section 232 tariff has applied since October 14, 2025 to imported kitchen cabinets, vanities and their parts. The rate is 25 percent for most countries, including China, Vietnam, Mexico and Canada, with no exemption under the USMCA trade agreement. A few partners have negotiated caps: 10 percent on top of regular duties for the United Kingdom, and 15 percent including regular duties for the European Union, Japan, South Korea and, since May 1, 2026, Taiwan. Cabinets from China also face separate antidumping and countervailing duties, and older Section 301 tariffs on Chinese goods still apply, so 25 percent is not their total.

Proclamation 11000, signed December 31, 2025, delayed a scheduled increase to 50 percent until January 1, 2027, except for countries that reach an agreement with the United States. As of mid-October 2026, no later action has changed the 25 percent rate or the 2027 date for cabinets. The other tariff changes of 2026 do not stack on top of it: the reciprocal tariffs ended after the Supreme Court's February ruling, and the new forced-labor Section 301 duties that began on July 24, 2026 exempt goods already covered by the Section 232 wood-products tariff.

Because Fabuwood uses globally sourced components, and because cabinets produced in Tijuana could be treated as Mexican-origin under customs rules, these rates are part of its cost picture, as they are for most cabinet brands. Fabuwood has not published how much of its cost is affected, and we will not guess. If you are quoting work that will be ordered around the turn of the year, ask your dealer how long a quote is held and whether pricing could change after January 1. Our Wolf Classic review applies the same timeline to another brand.

Where Fabuwood is not the right fit

We sell Fabuwood, so hold this section to a higher standard. These are the jobs where we tell trade customers to look at something else, or to go in with eyes open.

  • Inset kitchens. Fabuwood's current series are all full overlay. If the design calls for inset, our Fabuwood vs. Shiloh comparison covers a brand that offers it.
  • Unusual wood species and stain programs. The stain range is narrower than at fully custom brands, a point that comes up often in owner and dealer discussions. If finish range decides the job, see our Fabuwood vs. Kith comparison, and show clients a full-size sample door before they choose.
  • Hard-use kitchens in light paint. If the client is rough on a kitchen, steer them to a stained finish or set clear expectations about painted-finish wear.
  • Rental portfolios without written approval. See the warranty exclusion above.
  • Layouts that fight standard sizes everywhere. Factory modifications help, but if every run needs one, a custom line may make more sense.

Buying Fabuwood as a contractor at IST

Fabuwood does not sell directly to end users. Its FAQ directs buyers to authorized dealers, and that dealer is who files your warranty claims. In Stock Today Cabinets is an authorized Fabuwood distributor with showrooms in Alexandria and Fairfax, VA, Columbia, MD, Bear, DE and Houston, TX. We carry Fabuwood's main series, including Allure, Quest and Value Premium, keep stock in our own warehouses, and give an estimated ship date of five to seven business days on stocked Fabuwood configurations. Our trade and wholesale page explains how pricing works for contractors.

Trade customers can join the free IST Loyalty Rewards Program, which earns 2 points for every dollar spent and applies a $100 discount automatically at every 10,000 points. We also offer a standing military discount for veterans and veteran-owned contractors, separate from the loyalty program; one contractor mentioned it in a Google review of our Alexandria showroom. Ask at the counter about current trade pricing.

Frequently asked questions about How fabuwood cabinets are made

How are Fabuwood cabinets made?

Fabuwood designs and specifies components in-house in Newark, New Jersey, sources parts through a network of U.S. and global factories, then finishes, assembles and ships cabinets to order from its Newark plant, with a Tijuana facility announced in 2025 for the West Coast. Custom and modified pieces go through its Custom Works program. Fabuwood says its cabinets are built to twelve internal standards it calls Q12, which include Blum hinges and slides and metal shelf clips.

Do Fabuwood cabinets come assembled?

Yes, by default. Fabuwood's Allure, Illume and Ovela series are assembled at the factory and arrive as finished boxes, ready to hang. IST also supplies Fabuwood cabinets in ready-to-assemble form to contractors, dealers and builders who prefer to assemble them, so check which format is on your quote.

How long does it take to get Fabuwood cabinets?

It depends mostly on the finish and the dealer. Fabuwood advertises delivery in five business days or fewer on its West Coast dealer page, and dealers that hold stock can be quicker on stocked items. IST gives an estimated ship date of five to seven business days on stocked Fabuwood configurations. One dealer has reported about three weeks for regular colors and eight weeks for designer colors, with custom colors taking longer because of the color match, and a single custom piece can delay the whole order. Confirm the ship date on your written estimate.

Are Fabuwood cabinets contractor grade?

Not in the usual sense. "Contractor grade" or builder grade usually means stock cabinets with particleboard boxes and basic hardware. Fabuwood's Allure and Ovela series use plywood boxes, solid wood dovetail drawers and Blum soft-close hardware, and they arrive assembled. Many contractors install Fabuwood, but its specs sit above what builder grade usually means.

Does Fabuwood use Sherwin-Williams paint?

Fabuwood does not say whose paint it uses in production. Its FAQ says it can custom-finish cabinets to any Sherwin-Williams or Benjamin Moore color from the name and code, at the dealer's discretion. Custom colors add lead time. Fabuwood also sells color-matched touch-up kits through its website.

How do you file a Fabuwood warranty claim?

Through the dealer that sold the cabinets. Fabuwood's warranty says the original authorized dealer files claims through Fabuwood's EZ Pricing system. If that dealer cannot be identified or has closed, email Fabuwood's customer service with a description and photos. Fabuwood's RMA department may ask for photos, for the item to be sent in, or for an inspection by a company representative before approving, and nothing should be shipped back without authorization.

Are cracks at painted door joints covered by the warranty?

Seasonal hairline cracks at painted joints are excluded. Fabuwood's warranty says hairline cracks or visible lines at painted joints caused by seasonal wood expansion and contraction are normal and not defects. It also lists tolerances for center-panel shrinkage and door warp. Defects in materials and workmanship are covered for qualifying purchases, but labor is not.

Does the Fabuwood warranty cover rental properties?

Not by default. The limited lifetime warranty excludes commercial, rental and multi-unit common-area use unless Fabuwood approves it in writing. It also does not cover removal or installation labor. Builders and developers can assign the warranty to the first buyer who occupies the home.

Does modifying a Fabuwood cabinet void the warranty?

It can. Fabuwood's warranty excludes cabinets modified from their original form, improperly installed or damaged before or during installation. Modifications ordered from Fabuwood are part of the product. For anything altered after the cabinet leaves the factory, ask the dealer or installer who warrants that work.

Will tariffs raise Fabuwood prices?

Kitchen cabinets and their parts from most countries, including Mexico and Canada, carry a 25 percent Section 232 tariff, scheduled to rise to 50 percent on January 1, 2027 unless changed or offset by a trade agreement. Some partners, including the UK, EU, Japan, South Korea and Taiwan, have lower negotiated caps. Fabuwood uses globally sourced components but has not published how much of its cost is affected. Ask your dealer how long a quote is held if you are ordering near the end of the year.

Does IST offer a military discount on Fabuwood cabinets?

Yes. IST offers a standing military discount for veterans and veteran-owned contracting businesses, separate from the IST Loyalty Rewards Program and available at any time. Mention it when you request a quote.
